Education and Learning 

Consistent, high quality hair coupled with technically advanced application tools are the foundation that PerfecTress'® reputation is built upon - but that’s only half the story. Technical skill in service delivery is vital and a significant factor in determining ones success when offering hair extension services. There is no close second to PerfecTress® Education that will prepare you to deliver the results that clients expect and deserve.

Training Programs 

Training Programs are presented by our highly experienced and skilled licensed professionals and creative educators. Every tutor has received extensive training and teaches hands-on hair extension artistry, while sharing technical and marketing skills/strategies during the certification sessions.

In our Training Programs you will learn placement strategies for lengthening, volumizing, dimensional color effects as well as customized application techniques. You will also learn the most effective cutting techniques for the perfect blend and most natural looking result.

Along with the technical, you will learn how to build a successful hair extension business from the client consultation to the aftercare, and most importantly, the marketing and promotion of hair extension services.

Included in every Educational Program is a training DVD that explains everything in depth which can be used as a visual reference manual.

Training can be given at our Training Academy, in your salon or at a location arranged that is convenient for you.

PRODUCT ORDERS/COLLECTION/DELIVERY/PAYMENT 

Collection
Clients are welcome to collect their order from our offices
* Please notify us telephonically, well in advance, should you wish to do so

Delivery (Door-To-Door)
Parcels are delivered to the physical address provided
A Tracking number is provided (via Email/Whatsapp/SMS)
All parcels are fully insured against loss during transit
Orders received will be dispatched the following 'Business Day' and be delivered on the 'Business Day' thereafter.
- Unfortunately we can not specify the time of delivery … it is usually before 17H00.
* Business Day' = Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

Payment
We accept:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Direct Deposit at our Bank
* An order will only be 'released'/dispatched once we've received confirmation of the payment (via email)

PRODUCT EXCHANGES/RETURNS: 

Clients can do so within 7 days from receiving the extensions … Provided the extensions
- Are still in its original packaging and in an “unused” condition
- Have not been chemically altered (i.e. coloured, bleached, permed, 'Brazilian' hair straightening, etc.)
- Have not been washed
- Have not been Installed/Attached/Fitted 
- Have not been cut
- Have not been styled with an appliance (i.e. 'Flat' iron/Curling tongs/Hair dryer) using heat

Clients are welcome to exchange their extensions:
-  For extensions to the value of the original purchase price of the extensions (i.e. excluding the original courier fees)
- Should we not have the desired replacement extensions in stock … a credit to the value of the original purchase price of the extensions (i.e. excluding the original courier fees) will be allocated to the client’s account for future use. We have a no refund policy
- The client is to bear the delivery cost of returning the extensions to us as well as the delivery cost of sending the replacement extensions
- The replacement extensions will only be sent once we have received the returned extensions 

Clients that wish to return their extensions:
- A credit to the value of the original purchase price of the extensions (i.e. excluding the original courier fees) will be allocated to the client’s account for future use. We have a no refund policy
- The client is to bear the delivery cost of returning the extensions to us
- The credit will only be allocated to the client's account once we have received the returned extensions

We kindly urge clients to inspect hair products received and immediately, within 48 hours of receipt, report to us should the hair products received not conform to their order placed (i.e. lenght/colour/pattern/quantity, etc.) or any quality related issue/s (texture/dryness/matting/shedding/split ends, etc.) ... PRIOR to installing/delivering the hair products for their client. Hair products installed/delivered are deemed to have been inspected (and 'approved') by the client and can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note excessive/'hard' brushing may cause:
- damage to the hair products
- 'shedding' of extensions
- the 'Natural Body Wave' Hair Pattern to become more straight

We advise clients to only make use of our PerfecTress® 'Daily Shampoo' and PerfecTress® 'Daily Conditioner' as other hair products may cause the hair to dry out.
